As a professional Ballroom Dance Instructor, Arlene began her career in 1959 with the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Honolulu, Hawaii. She traveled the United States training teachers in the International Competitive style of ballroom dance. She was an accredited ballroom competition judge, and held the Fellow and Examiner Degree in American style Smooth and Latin. She loved  golfing, tennis, painting/drawing, gardening and movies.

She will be missed not only by family and friends, but those audience members who witnessed her amazing talents on stage.

 

God speed, Arlene. You were the only one of your kind in the Universe and we are all the better for it!
